Silver Moon Care is Care Management by Elizabeth Farr

Elizabeth received her MSW from Indiana University School of Social Work which is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education, the national governing body for schools of social work in the USA. She is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society of social work education.

Elizabeth has over 8 years of formal training and education in social work practice in a variety of settings and with clients from birth to death.

She is a licensed social worker in the State of Indiana, a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, a certified advanced social work case manager, a member of National Association of Social Workers, the Indiana contact for NAPGCM, on the board and Region 7 rep for NASW/Indiana, and sits on the advisory board for a county senior services agency.

Elizabeth is the proud mother of three. She has acted as an advocate for her learning disabled child in the public school system and an institution of higher education for the past 23 years. She is passionate about helping others who face challenges in their lives and hopes to improve the quality of life for all the clients she has the honor of serving.
