Who does Silver Moon serve?

Silver Moon provides services for families, individuals, Service Providers and Health Care Professionals.

I serve anyone of any age with a physical, emotional, psychological disability. I work with people to live at home independently for as long as safely possible.

Who are your typical clients?

Family and clients in crisis -- families with parents who cannot live at home safely without supports in place, clients in crisis with mental health issues, clients in hospital ready to be discharged and no place they can or want to go to live. Persons needing an advocate in the mental health setting, academic setting, or health care setting.
